Eddie Iroh recently lashed out at Nollywood, Zik Zulu responds to him here. When you live in a glass house, they say you cannot afford to throw stones. It amazes me when other writers criticise Nollywood writers when we know that their works are not any better. I see it so many times on blogville, blogville writers condemning Nollywood writers when they themselves have never been published. If you post your story on a blog, that is not publishing, it's posting. If you think it's that easy and you are that good, go get published!

Condemning is too hard a word don't you think?
i believe in the freedom of speech! and if people decide to expresses their views on certain issues, i believe they have the right to, whether they can do better is beyond the point.
Criticism ain't never hurt nobody.
P.S. this was written in good faith
Criticism should always be done with respect!I believe we as Nigerians have a right to criticise Nollywood...if we dont how will they get any better..Nollywood is trying o but we can do much much MUCH better...forget about technology...what about the obvious mistakes in the movies...come on some of them just scream LAZINESS on the part of the production team. There is room for improvement
Yes, completely agree that criticism is good but only when it's constructive and when it's written in good faith in the way you guys have criticised this my write up,lol. But Nollywood doesn't get much criticism, it gets mostly venom. You should read some of them, it always makes me ponder.....
